Doing my nails

So every once and awhile i like to take a break from wearing nails. I recently have booked an appointment to do gel x nails but i booked it a little far in advanced and I have been missing the feeling of long nails. 

Press- ons are always a good option for people who either want temporary nails, on a budget, or who like to change up appearance often like i do. Personally i struggle to keep a set of nails on for more than a month, idk but there's an inch in me that always looking forward to the next style.

I have experimented with many brands of press ons and the only ones that i consistently buy are the ones from the kiss brand. I they are nice and durable and they can last up to 2 weeks max. You can get about two sets of nails in one box for like what? 10 dollars, now that's a mega steal babes especially if you are on a low budget.

First Step is to clean my nails with acetone since my nails are so chipped

so i choose the nails that fit my nail beds best and some of them were a little too big so i had to file the sides down to make them fit 

If any of you guys paid attention in art class then you would know that anything that isn't porous will make things harder to attach too. Our nails beds aren't porous and so in order to make the press ons last longer you will need to buff not only his nails but your nail bed as well. This will inherently will let the glue grip onto something  which makes it last longer

These are what my nails look like after i put in a clear coat and some cuticle oil on the nails. i usually like to do a small simple design but this time i was more in the French mood ands luckily enough i had enough left. One box can last you for 2 sets of nails so i would say for 3-4 weeks if you were to switch out your nails every 2 weeks. 

Honestly im not really a girl who like square shapes so much, they honestly feel more mature on me. i personally like more almond nails because i feel like my nail look less chubby and more feminine
